Before we start, we set aside enough of your balance to cover every post in the job at its full price.

We tag each post
Each post is charged what it actually cost. Posts we can’t get, like private or deleted ones, are free.

You get the rest back
As soon as the job is done, everything we didn’t use goes straight back to your balance.
Questions
Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance never expires, so you can buy a bigger pack and use it at your own pace.
Is it a subscription?
No. You buy a pack when you need one, or top up the exact amount a job needs. There’s nothing to cancel.
What does the free plan include?
You get $10 free to start when you confirm your email, which covers about 13 videos. You don’t need a card.
What if a post can’t be tagged?
You don’t pay for it. Private, deleted or broken posts are free, and the money we set aside for them comes straight back.
Do you keep my videos?
No. We delete the video and audio files right after we tag them. We keep the results (tags, transcript and summary), and you can delete those any time.
Can I see the cost before I start?
Yes. When you paste links or add an account, we show you what it will cost before anything is charged.
